Shaun Sommers is the Owner and President of Sommers Insurance & Financial Services, LLC, bringing more than 34 years of experience in insurance and financial planning. He specializes in asset protection and legacy planning, helping individuals, families, and business owners protect their assets and prepare confidently for retirement. Shaun is known for his personalized, relationship-focused approach, taking time to understand each client's goals before developing strategies tailored to their unique needs. A graduate of Malone University with a bachelor's degree in education, he has extensive experience in property and casualty insurance, life insurance, annuities, and Medicare solutions. Outside of work, Shaun is a devoted Christian, proud father of three, grandfather of four, and is deeply committed to serving his community.

For more than 27 years, Ursula Scheetz has been a trusted and dependable part of the Sommers Insurance & Financial Services team. As Office Manager, she plays an essential role in helping the

agency operate smoothly while ensuring clients receive the personal attention and care they deserve. Licensed in all Property & Casualty insurance lines, Ursula is known for her ability to quickly resolve client concerns and make every customer feel valued and heard. Whether assisting with policy

questions, coverage changes, or day-to-day service needs, she approaches every interaction with patience, professionalism, and genuine care. Clients appreciate Ursula not only for her knowledge and experience, but for the way sheconsistently makes their needs a priority.

Shannon Walker has been a valued member of the Sommers Insurance & Financial Services team for the past three years, delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring every client receives prompt, personalized attention. As a Customer Service Representative, she is dedicated to making every interaction as seamless and stress-free as possible.

Before entering the insurance industry, Shannon spent several years in the catering and restaurant business, where she developed outstanding communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for helping people. Those qualities continue to define her approach to serving clients today.

Licensed in both Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance, Shannon plays an integral role in the agency's day-to-day operations. In addition to assisting clients with their insurance needs, she helps coordinate special projects and supports the agency's overall efficiency through her exceptional organizational and project management skills.

 Tami Sommers serves as the Client Retention Specialist at Sommers Insurance & FinancialServices, LLC. While she has spent the past two years working directly within the office, herknowledge of the agency and its operations extends far beyond that experience as co-owneralongside Shaun Sommers. Tami plays an important role in helping the agency stay organized and client-focused. Her primary responsibilities include preparing client files and organizing informationorganizinginformation for professional insurancereviews, helping ensure clients receive thorough and personalized service. She also assists with

special projects and operational support throughout the agency. Known for her exceptional organizational skills, Tami bringsstructure, efficiency, and attention to

detail to everything she does. Herbackground in education, including a teaching degree from Malone University, gives her a unique ability to simplify complex tasks and help others feelcomfortable and informed throughout the process.
